The Next Chapter Senior Care Consulting was created to help families navigate the changing needs of aging loved ones with greater confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
My journey began with the bond and close relationship I had with my own grandmother. That special connection inspired me to pursue a career in gerontology and showed me how much compassion, understanding, and preparation can shape the experience of aging — both for individuals and the families beside them.
With over 20 years of professional experience, I bring together practical knowledge, professional expertise, and a genuine understanding of the challenges families can face. My approach is rooted in person-centred care, recognizing that every individual has their own story, preferences, strengths, and needs. Through my work with individuals living with dementia and their families, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of dignity, meaningful connection, and compassionate support.
Through personalized care planning, senior living guidance, caregiver support, and aging-in-place resources, I help families understand their options, prepare for changing needs, and find a path forward that feels right for them.
I believe families deserve to feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the aging journey. Together, we can explore your options, plan for changing needs, and find a way forward that feels right for your family.
Helping Families Move Forward Together.
